By next school year schools may be seeing more whole foods and less sodium in their lunch offerings. While the new regulations aren't as aggressive as the Obama administration had hoped, this change marks the larges overhaul in the national school food program in at least 15 years. Limitations on fries and pizzas did not make it into the legislation. |
