Brown University researchers recently completed a study in which they delayed the start of the high school day by 30 minutes in a Rhode Island school. The time shift, they argued, was a better fit for the physiological realities of being a teenager. the results were positive, and schools are considering the time shift, even though such changes can be inconvenient for adults. |
